Tiger and Sheep
One hundred tigers and one sheep live on a magic island covered in grass.
The tigers can survive by eating grass, but they prefer eating sheep whenever
it is safe to do so.
Only one tiger can eat the sheep at a time. After eating it, that tiger
immediately becomes a sheep, leaving one fewer tiger and one sheep.
Every tiger is perfectly rational and values survival above eating sheep.
All tigers know these rules and know that every tiger reasons in the same way.
